  1. I am trying to watch the recorded webinar but when I click on it it does not display anything. I tried in both IE 7.0 and  Mozila 5.0 but luck. Any plug in I am missing.

    Appreciate the help.

    1. the videos are host on youtube. Do you have access to youtube? Here is the direct link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTZEO8eSGwk

      1. My organization has blocked access to youtube.  Is there any other way that the videos can be accessed?

        Thanks!

        1. In the expandable section below the YouTube video (labelled "The video above is hosted on YouTube...") you should see a flash player for a video file hosted locally. The URL is http://cdn.dynatrace.com/video/dynalearn/2011-11-03_dynaLearnWebinarFirstStepswithdynaTrace.flv

          1. Yes, I seem to have missed that.  Thanks for the quick response and helpful answer.
